late arrivals policy

When arriving late to an appointment please remember your appointment time will still end at the correctly booked time, it was due to.

You will also be required to pay for the full cost of the treatment booked.

Appointments times cannot be extended, as this would impact my next clients timings.

I understand when making and committing to an appointment, things can change.

 

However, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice, if this is not given you will be required to pay 50% of your treatment cost.

 

The same will be required for no shows, anyone failing to attend their appointment will be required to pay 100% of the treatment cost, as these appointments could be filled by others.

I do hope you understand the need for this, when running a small business.
